As Managing Partner of Parihar Law Associates, I lead the firm's litigation practice and overall operations, pleading in complex, high-stakes civil and constitutional matters before the courts of Punjab, both independently and alongside senior counsel. My role spans the complete litigation cycle: devising case strategy, conducting legal research, drafting writ petitions, plaints, appeals and legal opinions, preparing evidence and cross-examination, and arguing matters through to final decision. Beyond the courtroom, I manage the firm's client portfolio across constitutional, property, commercial and family disputes, advise clients on risk and strategy at every stage, and supervise junior lawyers to ensure the quality and precision of every pleading that leaves the firm. My practice is built on rigorous preparation, exact drafting, and composure under pressure, qualities that have earned the firm a reputation for reliability in demanding, highvalue matters.
