• Supervision of workshop personnel in the repair and maintenance of construction equipment (Generators, Compressors, Cranes, Loaders, Tippers, Power Floats, Trucks Heads, Buses, Cars, Compactors etc.)
• Prepares communication through email to different Site Managers regarding schedule of repairs and routine services for the equipment.
• Carry out final quality checking of work done.
• Reports daily to the Workshop Manager about schedule of repair and maintenance and prepares monthly reports to the Project Manager.
• Prepares purchasing procedures to acquire spare parts and follow-up so as not to delay any on-going repairs.
• Performs the duty of the Workshop Manager in his absence.
• Responsible for spare parts management and keeping in track of spare parts usage in order to give smooth repairing of work at sites
• Responsible for carrying out preventive and periodic maintenance by charting out the maintenance schedule on the basis of KMR and HMR
• Responsible for operation work which includes transportation of equipment in sites
• Done visual inspection to find out the various problems in the equipment after receiving complaint
• Making detailed repair plan with cost and manpower required for the commencing of repair job
• Making mechanical out inspection (MOI) report after completion of job.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports of equipment status (ERS) and cost analysis chart (CAC) on the basis of job activities carried out in workshop
• Working as Service Engineer.
• Working as the area in charge of Multan region.
• Handle the Warranty claim setup of motorcycle’s parts in given area.
• Arrange the technical awareness programs for technicians of market.
• Prepaid the technical reports for Quality department to standardize the product quality.
• Responsible to renovate and keep standardize mechanics shop.
• Aware and trained the mechanics about special tools for repairing the motorcycles.
• Participate in sales of spare parts and Motorcycles through service network.
• Responsible to keep alliance of sales, service, spare parts dealers’ network.
• Keeping constant coordination with the dealers, fulfilling their queries and urging them to drive their business style according to the Company policy.
• Keeping in view the Competitors strategy.
• Lead the sales promotion activities of DYL products.
