- Support new business growth through the development of personal and small business banking solutions tailored to unique and specific customer segments.
- Build and manage a network of internal and external referral sources to grow BMO's business and refer customers to partners.
- Work with partners to proactively identify small business clients who are potential personal banking clients.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with customers while recommending tailored solutions that meet their product and service needs (Everyday Banking, Personal Investing, Credit Solutions, Home Financing including self-employed requests, and Small Business Solutions
- Provide professional financial advice to new and existing clients, helping them meet their financial needs
- Recommend products and services to clients to meet their needs
Handle calls with customers and generate sales from these calls
- Handle inbound calls regarding packages, flights and hotels
- Record new bookings, changes and cancellations in the system
- Provide consistent and superior customer service during every interaction.
- Closely follow escalation queues when required and handle customer calls and complaints. Walk the floor to support the team.
- Achieve superior performance against department objectives.
- Understand clients' needs and advise them on appropriate solutions.
- Create and maintain a climate of trust and a personalized relationship with clients in order to provide excellent service and meet my sales objectives
- Assume responsibility for customer satisfaction
- Execute cash operations: deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, currency exchange, deposit and issue bank checks, internal and external transfers.
