Achievements:
1- Lead the negotiations with the sales tax inspectors for 2010-2012 and make successful negotiations to pay just 18% of the required difference, which less than the minimum expectations of the board.
2- Lead the negotiations with contracting insurance inspectors and reduced the required amount by more than 50%.
3- Implementing the finance part of BMS to help the company having ISO certificate.
4- Adjust the chart of accounts and costing system.
5- Make a change to accounting and finance policies and strategies to reduce cost, minimize cash payments, minimize purchase invoices without POs’, and Maximize Vendor's payment terms.

1-I created the costing system by activities and business divisions from the scratch.
2-Managing and executing the daily accounting activities and financial affairs (Preparing the pay roll, enter GL and journal entries, responsible for cash on hand, prepare cheques and prepare the money transfers with the owners signature, and bank statement reconciliation)
3-Following up collection, follow up the providers money transfers and follow up loans installments.

6-Finance validation for P.Os and P.Is.
7-The Accrual Accounting system via MS Excel created by me from the scratch (was very successful for them).

9-Good communication between my department and Technical, Sales, Logistics departments, and best practice assist with external audit procedures.
10-Company accounting policies and procedures had been created by me with respecting JAFZA’s policy.
