• Assist Management in developing and implementing their HSE plans and advise on operational safety matters related to the works.
•Co-ordinate and conduct inspections/audits of facilities and activities to ensure compliance to safe and good work practices in accordance to statutory requirements.
• Give safety presentation with the objective to enhance the Health, safety and Environment awareness of all workers.
• Assist in accident investigation, reporting and monitor their follow up in accordance to safety procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining workplace safety and complying with statutory requirements of offshore facilities.
• Conduct and implement new safety programs and regulations, and conduct site visits to make sure those regulations are in place and followed by all employees.
• Conduct investigations that arise from accidents on site and help train contractor managers and supervisors on how to make their workplace safer for everyone.
• Monitor offshore contractors to ensure that project safety, health and environmental requirements are met.
• Participate in Offshore contractor planning meetings, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety meetings.
• Spend the majority of time on the installation of heavy equipments to monitor performance of work and to coach and encourage offshore contractor personnel to achieve an acceptable safety, health and environmental performance.
• Maintain good relationships with offshore contractor management and personnel. Where necessary intervene to stop work where appropriate HSE standards are not met.
• Participate in any incident investigations, site audits or safety committees with follow up and close out of recommendations.
• Maintain close links with Offshore HSE Advisor in Aramco for advise, information and policy ensure timely reporting of incidents and close out of audit actions and incident recommendations.

Issued the Safety Project report (Daily, Weekly &Monthly).
Issued Safety Statistics for equipment and manpower.
Design & Monitoring Safety Brochures.
Member of the safety committee for any injuries during the project.
Member of the Auditing team to cover the safety section.
Overall IT Technical support.

Supervisor for 8 Safety members/inspectors.
Toolbox for works every day.
Check the construction equipment such as Crane, ..etc.
Check& review fire system.
Check& inspect scaffolding&safety belt.
Check & inspect the electricity &generator systems.
Check TUV certificate for each equipment at site to meet the safety
requirement.
Check TUV's document such as Operators & Riggers.
Inspect the welding machine.
