As KBR, EPCM Contractor, I was assigned to work on a special project for the "Client" Basra Oil Company in Iraq. The Contract & Procurement Department is based in Abu Dhabi. The Project is for Majnoon Oilfield Development in Basra, Iraq. The assignment covers Pre-Contract and Post-Contract work. I am handling the following projects.
-EPC tender for Integrated Heath Campus in Majnoon Oilfield (Project price: $870Million)
-EPC tender for Headquarter Building in Majnoon Oilfield (Project price: $240Million)
-EPC tender for Headquarter Building in Majnoon Oilfield (Project price: $185Million)

Project Contract Manager at MAN Enterprise Co.

Reported to the project manager for the direct supervision of SAMA Beirut (52 floor Tower Building) Project valued at $350 million.
•Contractually Administer the SAMA Beirut Project by working within the Contract specification, Duration and GMP (Guarrantee Maximum Price)
•Participate in the issue of Subcontracts related to the Finishing, MEP, Façade, Elevators, Masonery for the SAMA Beirut Tower.
•Monitor all subcontracts scopes, specifications and drawings for clarity, completeness and contractual aspects in order to avoid deviations
•Coordinate with all subcontractors to maintain our contractual requirement as per the Main Contract (full supervision)
•Attend weekly meetings, review all correspondences from Engineer and issue, if required, our contractual opinion related to deviations from contracts specifications and drawings via Variation Order
•Evaluate variation orders & claims and maintain follow-up of contractual matters until close-out of all Contracts. Achievements: As a Contract Manager, I was nominated to resolve a Variation Oder Claim valued $28 Million. Both parties resolved the dispute and agreed on the final amount of $11 Million.

CNO which is located in Mesaieed and work under Gas Operations Division and Refinery, coordinate with the Maintenance and Field Support Departments to prepare, issue and administer the STC, LTC & GTC (i.e. Small, Limited and General Tender Committee) contracts up to close out. Working under the CNO division in Mesaieed to assist the engineering, maintenance and field support departments in procuring contractors by:
•Receive approved Contract Requisition Form (CRF) and review of Scope of Work (SOW) for clarity, completeness and contractual aspects.
•Advise the contracting method and select type of pricing required.
•Update QP Contract Information System (CIS) internet for contract history and as per management request.
•Prepare Instruction to Tender (ITT), General Conditions of Contract (GCOC), Schedule of Rates & Prices (with input from Sponsoring Department - SD) and compile the Tender Document.
•Issue Tender Document to Tenderers
•Collect Technical / Commercial Bids and forwards the Technical bids to SD for evaluation.
•As being member of the Technical/Commercial evaluation team, coordinate with the SD on the technical issues and prepare the commercial evaluation report for Tender Committee (TC) approval.
•Prepare Letter of Award (LOA) and obtain signatures from both parties ( i.e. QP & Contractor).
•Secure Performance Bond and Insurance.
•Prepare Contract Document and forward to SD for review and comments.
•Evaluation and process variation orders and maintain follow-up of contractual matters until close-out of contracts.
•Prepare and issue the standard format for the pre-qualification documents which the SD will then develop.
