 Installation, configuration and maintenance of networked information system.
 Install all new hardware, systems, and software for networks.
 Install, configure, and maintain network services, equipment and devices.
 Supports administration of servers and server clusters.
 Manages all system back-up and restore protocol.
 Plans and supports network and computing infrastructure.
 Perform troubleshooting analysis of servers, workstations and associated systems.
 Documents network problems and resolution for future reference.
 Monitors system performance and implements performance tuning.
 Manage user accounts, permissions, email, anti-virus, anti-spam.
 knowledge of networking essentials.
 Oversee software and network security.
 Strong analytical abilities and professional office experience.

 Providing Help Desk support to departments for pc and Laptop, advice tips, training courses, and corrective action to employees.
 Planning, implementing and managing some IT projects, IT polices.
 Supervision and follow-up setup and building the data center (PC-Svr-Stock-Defected Items-Printers-Monthly Consumption rate report-Network Layout-Svr racks Layout- Svr room Layout -Tel List Layout-VOIP Layout-Security Groups-Internet Users Layout-Intranet Layout-Backup Layout)for the Site.
 Administration for Infrastructure Servers DC2003, Exchange server2007, File Server, Backup server and Application servers.
 Responsible For Access Control system of the Site Gates for Health and Environmental Safety Dept. which generate the time attendance of every worker, the manpower and supporting them also in the program errors and system failure.
 Have a good knowledge of Fiber Optics which connect Gates and control Building of the plant.
 Responsible for the printer status and maintenance such as changing all maintenance kit (Roller and fuser kit).
