Network Engineer - Interconnects Team
- Interconnection setups, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Configure and maintain Line Unit Firewalls, Cisco Switches & routers, (ASA Firewalls, Cisco ASR, Cisco Catalysts) and compression Equipment's
- Configure and Maintain TELES iSwitch and MGC C4 Switches (Linux Based), Nexus Analyzer Server, MGWs, T.One Telecom Application.
Had been working on administering, designing, supporting, and implementing WAN and LAN networks best practice for 40 branches include (Cisco & MikroTik routers, switches and Catalyst, Wifi controllers, and firewalls, VoIP, IPBX (Panasonic, Asterisk), regular PBX (PSTN) with VoIP integrated, Microsoft Servers 2008, AD, storage, Mail).
Practical Training, worked on the following projects.
- Overview of IP Network (LAN/WAN/WLAN); Introduction to Switches,
routing, firewalls and IPS networks.
- Assisted the network team in charge of the IPCC (IP Contact Center)
implementation with the following (ICM Configuration, CVP
Configuration, Voice recording and Screen Capture, Agent installation and Troubleshooting)
- Assisted Then Network Infrastructure on touch network, VLAN,
WLAN, Firewall access, Email and FTP.
Had been working on administering, designing, supporting, and implementing LAN, WAN and wireless networks Point-to-Point and Point-to-Multipoint Microwave networks (MikroTik RB Series, UbiQuiti and Zicomax).
