My work at Deans Complex which is a development giant in the province of KPK and Karachi is, as an Assistant Manager Operations. I have to document lessons learned and good practices through analysis and feedback apart from that conduct analysis and map all partners. Report the activities and actions to the finance manager. I coordinate meetings of the customers with the managers in charge for improvement in utilization of time, as “time is money”. Another duty is ensuring proper reporting of financial activities to the finance manager with accurate and useful information in time. Other duties involve assessing situation, monitoring progress reports and reporting them to the senior officers on weekly basis for improvement in work. Over viewing the supplies and monitoring the proper and smooth flow of supply and demand for better productivity.
