• Manage commercial aspects of the operations including contractual, scheduling, billing, labor, analysis of costs.
• Manage client relationships, identifying opportunities for new contracts.
• Bid on new projects and negotiate contract terms.
• Lead contract management activities including setting contract terms and conditions and
contract change orders, contract cancelation, contract termination and contract close out
procedures.
• Manage and oversee the procurement and contracting activities including outsourcing,
vendor evaluation and selection, contract agreements and negotiations, contract financial claims and advice for settlement.
• Develop new or improve procurement & purchasing operations and related administration policies and procedures to maintain economy and efficiency of the operation
• Establish, maintain and update the suppliers and sub-contractors list. & database on a regular basis.
• Maintain liaison with subcontractors, suppliers and purchasing representatives to join in cooperative buying with view to reduce cost and improve operational efficiency and to improve company profit, and ensure bottom line cost reduction in all purchasing activities.
• Research and evaluate commodity areas and make recommendations for purchase of required goods and services.
o Review all contracts to oversee accuracy and implement necessary changes prior to bid and renewal of the contract.
o Collaborate in the development and implementation of electronic procurement systems for use at the company
• Ensure getting the best available purchase in the market in terms of quality, price and time.
• Ensure that purchasing policies and procedures are fully implemented in all procurement activities by defining job roles, allocate work, and recommend the division’s training needs to enhance warehousing and product utilization, bonuses/incentives
• Managing different departments activities such as procurement, subcontracting, inventory and warehousing, production, quantity surveying and material cost control
• Manage the commercial service functions within budget by corrective actions
• Participate in the development and preparation of short-term and long-term range plans and budgets based upon board organization goals and objectives.
• Directs internal operations to achieve budgeted results and other financial criteria to build efficiency that brings increased productivity and profits to the organization.
• Directs the development and installation of procedures and controls, to promote communication and adequate information flow, and thereby solidify management control and direction of the company and engage in cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company
• Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs and ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
• Oversee the operations of the Finance department, including the design of the organization structure and matrix adequate for achieving the department’s goals and objectives
• Develops and establishes operating policies consistent with the GM’s broad policies and objectives and insures their adequate execution.
• Directs the development and establishment of adequate and equitable personnel policies throughout the organization, including compensation policies and employee benefit plans.
• Establishes policies to insure adequate management development and to provide for capable management successions for those functions/business units falling under my responsibility (Cost control, Quantity Survey, Inventory, warehouses, and procurement).
• Projects: PNU, Kingdom Tower, Haram Expansion, CUC, MOI security buildings
• Perform sales activities, maintain visual merchandising & point-of-sale processes.
• Ascertain customers’ needs & wants ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Recommend products matching with customer needs by effective communication.
• Communicate with Head Management & suggest business development strategies.
• Manage daily shop operations, product display & recommend business development.
• Assist in marketing campaigns, lead generating, client experience & relationships.
• Contributed in event management & planning, catering logistics and operations.
