Brief Job Description :
Handling Company’s major projects with market leaders ( PEPSI CO, CoCa Cola Bottling, McDonald, Shawaya House, Elegant Hotel -Al Tazej, SAGCO, NAPCO and many others ) Approving Signatory on all the company’s contracts.
•Preparation of all financial and management reports, including income statement, balance sheets, cash flow and performance reports to management within the specified deadlines.
• Review and monitor activity of working capital (receivables, payables, inventories ) for minimizing the investment in working capital without jeopardizing the operational need. Oversee accounting department and treasury functions. Meets regularly with department heads to keep them informed and to offer assistance.
•Prepare, follow up and implement Yearly Company Budget to guarantee set revenues, expenses, and profitability percentages.
•Reviews reports to analyze projections of sales and profit against actual figures, budgeted expenses against actual and highlight deviation & significance variations to the management
•Ensuring the recording of transaction is authentic and is in line with company policy and procedures.
Meeting deadlines for all set objectives as well as report dates for management
Liaison work with internal and external auditors, banks and regulatory agencies
Manage the Accounting Department that includes Collection Officer, Field Officer, Storekeeper as well as other personnel that will eventually be related to the department.
Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control.
Insuring timely costing of all imported items and setting profit margins mark ups as well as control of all inventory items and re-order limits
