Intern at finance department, My work especially based on payment section.
I also learned that how industry works. I also learned the difference between supply and service activities and how the rates of tax different in term of being filer and non-filer. We can check it on the portal of FBR that a person registered or not.
 I also substantiate the sales tax according to the company records and enter into excel sheets. I also learned the difference between federal NTN and Provincial NTN. As a task I worked on commercial invoice and sales tax invoice, commercial invoice consist on Name, address, sales tax no. NTN of buyer and seller, and sale tax invoice consisted on excluding sales tax value.
I also learned that what is CPR(cash payment receipt)GD (goods declaration) document consist on detail about goods also sales tax and additional sales tax. the “Goods declaration” is a statement made in the manner prescribed by Customs.
