Responsible for coaching all newly hired QHSE engineers.
-Enhance QHSE culture among company members.
-Perform leadership visits accompanied by client management.
-Set annual performance efficiency plan for rigs according to their previous year statistics.
-Conduct Incident investigation root cause analysis technique workshop.
-Manage the company’s offshore rig from QHSE perspective as a QHSE team leader.
-Manage six land drilling rigs from QHSE perspective.
-Represent company in different types of meetings or events hosted by client.
-Collect all rigs monthly key performance indicators and prepare department monthly QHSE report.
-Perform management system audits in accordance to OHSAS 18001.
-Hold quarterly QHSE workshop for all QHSE representatives at rig sites.
-Plan for rigs HSE equipment needs aggregate on annual basis.
-Perform rig site visits to follow-up and assure QHSE system implementation and compliance.
- Establish QHSE Performance System Implementation Tracking Chart for rig sites as guidance.
- Conducting 540 training hours in the form of defensive drive refresher training to the rigs’ delegates. “In Arabic”
- Create Sinotharwa Environmental law correspondence register.
- Issue 1st Edition of QHSE Magazine.
- Perform visits for tracking QHSE implementation at rig sites.
- Conduct rigs QHSE site audits as a member of audit team.
- Perform site technical investigation for accidents/incidents requiring management investigation team presence.
- Communicate safety alerts for potential accidents/incidents.
- Extend the validity of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 certification
- Extend the validity of OHSAS 18001 certification
- Conduct defensive drive training for school bus drivers as a social accountability campaign.
- Coordinate & follow up QHSE work flow for 5 drilling rigs & 2 work over rigs, through providing support on safety operational activities of all sites.
- Communicate with all assigned rigs clients “Operators” during different types of meetings such as daily rigs conference calls, Quarterly performance meetings, bi-daily operations meetings, monthly HSE meetings, & bi-monthly HSE meetings.
-Prepare IADC “International Association for Drilling Contractors” required reporting on monthly basis.
-Collect & analyze rigs key performance indicators.
