*Grow the Dormakaba Project sales in the UAE in a sustainable way
*Provide unique and differentiated value to developers and contractors
*Manage directly the big and key projects in the UAE ensuring strong negotiation positioning
*Grow sales through project partners/distributors and contractors - setting respective yearly targets
*Develop the yearly game plan(s) for the business
*Ensure full local market’s opportunities knowledge and prioritization according to potential and risk
Manage the local Projects Pipeline
- Sales of Construction Products. Provide technical advice and value engineering solutions to Contractors and Consultants in utilization of Company products. Ensure and follow-up the Client Consultant approvals and confirmation of Business on specific projects. Develop the Key account business/ project prospects and provide forecast on Sales. To ensure business relationships with Key decision makers and assure Client retention, enforce compliance with contract terms and payment schedules, as per credit control policies of the company.
Structural Steel Project Sales to EPC's operating in Middle East, Proposal/Project Management, Contract Review and Negotiation, Tracking and Monitoring Major Projects and EPC movement in GCC & Middle East region, Preparation of Management reports.
Designing, detailing, and material take off for commercial and industrial Structural Steel Projects.
