 Maintain cordial as well as professional relationship with the clients in line with the tradition, image and value of the organization, responding to customers demands, complaints, comments and ensure them satisfaction.
 Promote a positive learning environment, training and coaching the employees, evaluating the team and set a development plan for each member, supervising the team and proposing solutions to improve sales and staff utilization.
 Leading in line with the shop manager the team to meet monthly, quarterly, or annual sales target.
 Responsible for inventory report and stocks levels.
 Preparing daily sales report (based on customer nationality, product wise, shift wise).
 Giving propositions and request for the next collection.
 Assisting the merchandise and Provide accurate information.
 Touring the sales floor regularly identifying & solving any urgent issues.
 Reporting to shop manager the movement of the market and competitors.
 Advise the Manager of current support status and make recommendations for the resolution of internal problems.
 Ensure the following of the manger instructions.
