1-Keep the Database updated for all transactions (hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating) and ensure that all processes completed 2-Complete the on boarding/ off boarding process and implement the orientation program to explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees as well as Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc 3-Ensure that the new hire paperwork and hiring documents should be processed and completed 4-Handling any employment relations issues in any governmental entity 5-Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring their proper validity 6- Implementing updating to sharing the organization's policies & procedures 7-Drafting and writing the contract, confirming the signature of all Participants, and following up on the approval of renewal or non-renewal 8- Coordinate and Process the benefits programs (medical insurance, mobile line, transportation allowances, …) 9- Administrate & coordinate the governmental labor relations documents (Social insurance Forms and all related procedures, Government labor permissions, The government medical examination necessary to start work and start medical insurance, …..) 10-Coordinate the opening of employees' payroll bank accounts 11- Coordinate & follow up on employees' attendance (all effects, vacations, missions, daily logs, …) 12- Preparing governmental reports and documents to remain in compliance 13- Assist in the hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes ( Screening, Filter CVs, s and Interviewing applicants ) and starting in the first interviews with HR Team, and coordinating the following interviews to the applied candidates 14- Contribute to the completion of investigations, the application of the final decision, and maintaining compliance with the Labor Law and Handling resolving of grievances & complaints 15- Coordinate and maintain records of employee participation in all training and development programs 16- Focus on improving and developing the culture of employees within the work environment and directing them toward company goals and mission statements 17- Support in any other tasks as per the business needs
1.Receiving and record all attendance affects like permission, vacation, missions and delays employees and reporting that for the head quarter branch 2.Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions processed accurately and timely and deducting tax and national insurance payments 3.Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports 4.Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits 5.Perform compliances for unclaimed property payroll checks 6.Process accurate and timely year-end reporting when necessary 7.calculating and issuing pay by cash, cheque or electronic transfer 8.processing holiday, sick and maternity pay, and expenses
