Function as the focal point in creating a production schedule providing an in-depth audit on production requirements, manufacturing capacity, schedule, and workforce size.
Monitors, analyzes, and reports performance to schedule of production activities utilizing information derived from material and production control systems.
Coordinate with project managers and production to sequence manufacturing, assembly, and installation.
Assist the manufacturing department to actively manage the production schedule.
Coordinate with departments and project managers as needed to identify and resolve issues regarding budget and delivery.
Monitor quality, service, and delivery issues, and take corrective actions as needed.
Identify and resolve supplier and internal errors that result in budget or schedule discrepancies.
Provide continual improvement of the planning and reporting processes and participate in project milestone meetings.
Responsibilities:
* Preparation of baseline schedule of overall project.
* Preparation of detailed integrated Level IV plan.
* Strategic planning for erection of steel structure, fabrication and erection of piping and erection of equipments, testing and restoration, painting, insulation for designated area.
* Preparing, monitoring, adjusting and updating the cost plan accordingly and the consolidation of these results in weekly reports.
* Responsible to analyze schedule status, physical progress, man-hours consumption, productivity, work sequence and float analysis of the project in liaison with the client.
* Ensure preparation and distribution of 3 months and 4 week look ahead schedules and to arrange resources as per requirement.
* Estimate manpower, equipments, tools, materials and consumables in consultation with in charge planning and construction managers.
* Responsible to follow up site erection priorities in fabrication shop and post fabrication activities to support erection team.
Responsibilities:
Ensure achievement of Quality Objectives defined for the Project Management systems for continuous improvement.
Revisits Level III Plan prepared at bidding stage, after award of contract in close coordination with Construction and Site Manager.
Responsible for overall control of the project and baseline schedule.
Update Level III plan keeping in view the baseline schedule.
Responsible to analyze schedule status, physical progress, man-hours consumption, productivity, work sequence and float analysis of the project in liaison with the client.
Keep up updated details of Bill of Quantities.
Responsible to raise/follow up Technical Queries with Client.
Generates and analyze reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Preparation of Method Statements.
Support Contracts/Cost Engineers in preparation of contractual claims and invoices.
Estimate manpower, equipments, tools, materials and consumables in consultation with construction manager.
Responsible for Materials Management.
Preparation of Project close out report.
Responsibilities:
Prepared Technical Bid for the project of energy efficient cooling system for base transmition sites.
Developed project original budgeted quantities and man hours, project work breakdown structure, cost center wise quantities on WBS and budgeted consumables / materials methodology.
Prepared detail project execution plan.
Responsible for manpower and equipment deployment.
Responsible for planning and schedule control for the Turnaround.
Preparation of detailed Level IV plan and integrated Level IV Plan using Primavera 3.0.
