- Devise the Key Strategy and Rollout plan of the Butcher House across Egypt.
- Key interface with employees, suppliers, real estate and malls management and potential partners .
- In charge of the day-to-day running of the businesses - Oversee each business unit, evaluates each performance and set the goal with each department
- Encouraging and maintain a positive working environment - by enforcing good leadership with each management team members thru empowering quality Training and Development and constant meetings and goal settings.
