Following up the machines preventive maintenance program.
- Ensure full implementation of safety core requirements.
- Keep our machines in the workshop available. Weekly & Monthly Reports
- Prepare & send the monthly report about the machines.
- Prepare a weekly activities plan.
- Follow Up the customer situation
- Keep an eye on the spare parts inventory.
- Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.
- designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods;
- carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults;
- diagnosing breakdown problems;
- fitting new parts and making sure equipment is working correctly;
- carrying out quality inspections on jobs;
- liaising with client departments, customers and other engineering and production colleagues;
- arranging specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components;
- controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment;
- monitoring and controlling maintenance costs;
- dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs;
- improving health and safety policies and procedures;
- working with specialist equipment, such as point of sale machine (POS), which use by the merchandise to serve the customer;
- writing maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines;
- Ensuring there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.
- Examine systems to locate problems, such as loose connections or broken insulation.
- Test backup batteries, keypad programming, sirens, and all security features in order to ensure proper functioning, and to diagnose malfunctions
- Mount and fasten control panels, door and window contacts, sensors, or video cameras and attach electrical and telephone wiring to connect components
- Install, maintain, or repair security systems, alarm devices, or related equipment, following blueprints of electrical layouts and building plans
- Inspect installation sites and study work orders, building plans, and installation manuals to determine materials requirements and installation procedures.
- Adjust sensitivity of units, based on room structures and manufacturers' recommendations, using programming keypads.
- Provide customers with cost estimates for equipment installation
- Consult with clients to assess risks and to determine security requirements.
- Keep informed of new products and developments.
Industrial Robotic arm \[ October 2012 - Present\]
Fully Automated Robotic Arm which is used to grip a product on a conveyor and move it on another conveyor .It can be used in different applications and industries.
Once the product is on specific point on the Conveyor one, it stopped and the manipulator moves to this point then the gripper grips the Product
The manipulator moves to the other conveyor and leaves the product on it.
The cycle is repeated and can be eliminated with limited number of cycles.
2. Temperature Sensor Application \[February 2012 -May 2012\]
The idea of this project is to make the ambient temperature constant.
The user sets the required temperature that s/he wants. If the temperature is increased a cooling system works to make it returns the set temperature.
If the temperature was decreased a heating system works to make the same job which is making the temperature returns to the set one
In case of dangerous (the temperature reaches very high or low temperature as we set a specific equation to determine if it is very high or very low) then our circuit will call an operator via mobile to stop the system and perform required maintenance.
