Project: DBOOM Project for development of Sadad North EDF Package 1, Oman
Project: Khulud Gas Development Phase 1, Oman
The Project includes design Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Startup and Initial operational support for On-plot part of khulud in full compli-ance with the PDO Contract.

As an EPC Sub Contractor for above stated project, CSCEC shall be responsible for all Civil and MEP related works. Following key components shall be procured and installed on the project.
• Making access ways for safe mobilization of equipment and manpower
• Removal of excessive sand and levelling/grading the area
• Excavation, Piling and Erection of 250m Control Tower

 Understanding of Project HSE Requirements and Interpretation of EPC HSE Plans and procedures according to Client’s, local rules and regulations and internationally accepted standards like OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 and Abu Dhabi Codes of Practices.
 Monitoring of the implementation of EPC Project HSE Plans and supporting procedures & reporting against every Contractor
 Develop and implement Traffic / Journey Management System
 Monitor EPC Contractors on site safety performance to ensure that site practices reflect documented requirements
 HSE Inspection of site, camp and external facilities and provide accurate and legible reports on same
 Advice Contractor Management on all site related HSE issues
 Undertake site specific health, safety and environment training programmes for all Contractors including key Management Staff and workforce.
 Formation of departmental budget and its effective utilization
 Involved in internal and external periodic audits for other sites
 Review and advice on Job Hazard Analysis, risk assessment, HAZID and method statements
 Reports on the Project HSE issues progress and vet all information on incidents, investigations and analysis generated on project to Client
 Manage all HSE related matters within the site including HSE induction, risk assessments, fire evacuation drills, mobile equipment inspection, scaffolding inspection, health and hygiene inspection, compliance of PPEs etc.
 Permit to work system implementation
 Investigates incidents, submit reports on work practices and recommends the evacuation of all personnel at the site according to nature of emergency
 Responsible of conducting trainings on basic firefighting and advanced firefighting to make safe working condition at all times.

 Complete compilation of QHSE Management System for Certification process of OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 14001:2004 and ISO 9001:2008
 Looking after EPC Projects in Iraq e.g. Ajeel Gas Compressor Station at Ajeel Oil Field North Iraq, EPC Project of Fiberspar pipeline (dual line of 40kms) with Gulf Keystone Petroleum (Canadian Company) in Shekhan, Erbil, KRG and Bai Hassan Gas compressor station in North Iraq.
 Involvement during bidding stage of the Project, close coordination with other departments like Business development, HR, proposals and procurement and preparing project related documents e.g. Operational procedures, HSE Plan, HSE Manual, Risk assessment and other required documents.
 Periodic HSE trainings for Staff and workforce based on training matrix
 Conducting periodic HSE Inspections and Audits for office as well as Project Sites
 Analysis of HSE Statistics and present it to EVPs and President on Monthly Basis
 Setting Budget for HSE department and its monitoring
 Frequent travel to Iraq for meetings, inspections, trainings etc.

Safety Manager with over 07 years of experience and expertise in Construction industry safety procedures, fire supervision, erection, infrastructure, electrical substation, health-safety policies, incident investigation, risk assessment, safety inspection-audits-control procedures and hazard control Expertise within civil, mechanical, and oil & gas field. Conducted several trainings and awareness programmes on safety procedures, fire equipments, first aid, emergency procedures etc. Possess knowledge about COSHH, PSRM, PHA, QRA, HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, and ALARP, Ergonomics, etc.
HANDLED Ruwais Housing Complex Expansion-Phase III, Construction of Married Staff Accommodation Facilities and Related Infrastructure-Package 6B & 6C. The Client at this project is M/S ADNOC. My Scope of work is to handle two complexes of 24 buildings (12 each) as per HSE requirements mentioned in Abu Dhabi codes of practices and International rules and guidelines.

 I worked in “CHINA PETROLEUM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (CPECC)” as “HSE Superintendent” from FEB 09 to AUG 10 on “ABU DHABI CRUDE OIL PIPELINE PROJECT (ADCOP)”.

ADCOP will originate from Habshan in Abu Dhabi, which is presently the collection centre for the bulk of Abu Dhabi’s onshore crude oil production. The pipeline will terminate at Fujairah. The pipeline has been designed for transporting of crude oil from ADCO facilities at Habshan over a distance of 390 km to an oil terminal in Fujairah for export through offshore loading facilities. The crude will be carried through a single 48 inch diameter pipeline.
Main Oil Terminal (MOT) is having facilities of 8 Crude Oil Storage tanks accompanied with Process Area, Staff Offices & Accommodations.
