Finance manager financial controller senior financial analyst
Oversee all the areas of accounts & audit and accordingly prepare monthly and
annual financial statements
* Oracle Fusion (ERP) Implementation.
* Interpret & analyze monthly management accounts and annual reports;
* Formulate reports, presentations and other documentation for monthly, quarterly & annual
board meetings;
* Develop long term harmonious relationships with bankers, suppliers and customers
* Liaison with auditors to ensure annual audit is carried out and zakat is filed in time
* Arrange new sources of finance and debt facilities as per the requirements of
the organization
* Ascertain that all transactional, payroll and legal requirements are met
* Implement financial plans and ensure prudent liquidity management;
* Administer budgets and analyze margins with a vigilant eye on emerging risks
* Monitor cash flows statements and predict future trends
* Leading, mentoring and supervising a team of 10 employees in the finance team to
ensure accurate Completion of tasks.
* Collaborate and closely work with other departments for the greater success of organization.
* Prepares company tax/VAT forms and data while offering tax accounting advice tointernal
company Departments.
* Maintains and updates working knowledge of VAT laws and regulations, including new filing
practices, deadlines, & any company-specific information
Check & Analyze all cost effect transactions (labor, Material, subcontractor, equipment, other) to
ensure compliance of process, item budgeted, appropriate price & proper account allocation.
• Assists in the preparation budget, forecast & forecast to complete.
• Prepare and Conduct Project cash flow analysis.
• Monitor trial balance, correct errors, identify variances and notify concerned department.
• Supervise the monthly closing process.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis.
• Monitoring and follow-up of on-going project commitments such as POs, subcontractagreement,
SLA’s, & Others.
• Prepare a detailed Actual vs Budget comparison and report onvariances.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reporting package.
• Reconcile PPM cost to Oracle Fusion, report on variances, correct errors & matchbalances.
• Monthly financial reports (including project profit and loss, project balance sheet, projectvariance
analysis, etc.).
• Reconcile revenue to billing, report and analyze unbilled.
• Follow up with cost control department on matching actual cost.
• Follow up with commercial department on matching receivables, retention, down payments, claims
and V.O.’s
Reconcile and consolidate the intercompany transactions (AP&AR) for Whole BU’s
• Responsible for Monthly Closing of HQ
• Monthly Reports about payables (Affiliates).
• Review the account receivables.
• Monthly reconciliation of account payables, receivables and fixed assets between the ledgers &sub
ledgers.
• Assisting Budgeting department to analyze variances in HQ accounts
• Year-end ESEC Consolidation reports, Financial Statement of Qatar & UAE branches.
• Cooperate in preparing the financial statements, Zakat and the budget with the responsible team.
• Provides support to internal and external auditors.
Working on the Oracle Fusion system (ERP).
• Performs other duties as required.
Responsible for the preparation of cash flowforecasts for site funding requirements
Records and prepares daily entries for all suppliers’ invoices.
• Maintains the Debts and Credits Accounts. Prepares the Monthly BankReconciliation.
• Verifies and calculates all purchasing invoices and submits cash at suppliers’ accounts andconducting
fixed assets verification.
• Follows up with department/clients regarding issues related to financial and accountingpractices,
agreements and procedures.
• Supports weekly and monthly financial closing activities and ensuring deadlines are metwith
compliance to all statutory requirements.
• Matches financial transaction results with book balances and identifies any deviations.
• Keeps files of all cash receipts, invoices and job orders as per the adopted filingpolicies.

courses: Course in international computer driving license from al attar institute in Egypt. • Certificate from Institute of management accountant in USA about successfully attended a workshop towards enterprise performance management.
