Erection of 132KV Grid station, HV equipment’s, 10 Generator (Rating: 9.2MW Each engine, Make: Wartsila), 2 Steam Turbine (Rating 4MW each turbine), Power transformer (Step up) (Rating: 60 MVA Make CHinT ), Auxiliary Transformer (Rating 2.5MVA, Make CHinT), 820kva Black start unit (BSU Diesel Genset, Make Cummins ), DC system (110V, 48V, 24V ), 11KV MV switch gear (Schneider )(Rating: 3150A and 1250A), 415V LV switch gear (Rating: 4000A), Different rating of electric motors (VFDs), Over all plant cable tray erection, Cable Laying, (MV, LV, Instrument and controls cables and fiber optics), Cable terminations, Earth Meshing Below zero Level and Equipment Earthing Above zero level, Plant lightning Protection, Plant lighting of both phases.
Erection of Instrument and Control (I&C) Equipment (Actuators, Transmitters, Transducers, Junction etc Central Control system equipment’s, Steam turbine automation system equipment’s.
• Design and install a lighting fixture Layout.
• Design and install a raw and Ups power Layout.
• Design and install a CCTV DVR location and Sound system layout
• Dealing IT(Data) and Security work.
• Prepare daily activity report.
• Provide Team Leadership, responsible for the safe and trouble free operation.
• Installation and comissioning of Electrical and Instrument equipment.
• Design low voltage and instrument power cable tray and power panels like, SDS, MDB, LDB, PLC, and MCC panel.
• Coordinate with draftmen Prepare of AS BUILT Electrical and instrument Drawing of cable tray, power cable details and panel.
• Prepare daily activity report.
• Provide Team Leadership, responsible for the safe and trouble free project execution .
• Familiar with Electrical standard codes
• Familiar with various Engineering Drawings like Structural , lighting and power Layouts, P & ID, Isometric piping drawings.
Design a cable tray route in depart packing Area.
Design and install a lighting and power layout plan.
Design and Install a Main power panel, Packing machine panel, Mixer machine panel.
Design and install a route of CCTV .
Laying and terminate a 50mm 4-core, 70mm 4 core, 120mm 4-core, and 300mm 4-core PVC-PVC power cable.
All work is done in under my supervision.
Design a cable Tray Route in CDC plant.
Design Lighting and raw power layout
Terminate a power cable of different size single and three phase (star, Delta) motor.
Installation of instrument like (PT 100)
Install a MCB Panel, LDB in CDC plant
Installation of 400 & 1000amp MCCB breaker (LT Room)
