Mange assigned projects execution with full ownership and liability for deliverables quality compliance, within agreed timetable and budget.
• Breakdown projects SOW into well-defined tasks to make the it more manageable and approachable and remodel it into project schedules in using project planning software: MS Excel and MS Project.
• Monitor and controls assigned scope of work against the project plan.
• Allocate internal and external resources according to project activities and defined capabilities.
• Release and review projects contracting documentations: SOW, POs and contract terms and conditions
• Communicate effectively with project parties, constantly presents to stakeholders the project status and progress reports.
• Collaborate with project SMEs to bring technical issues and SOW variation into clear resolution
• Control and revise project financial aspects, expenses against allocated budget, contract variation orders and invoicing
• Read and interpret engineering documents: drawings, layouts and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with HSE division to develop, deploy and monitor HSE plans in according standers throughout project phases.
• Develop business cases for business continuity, process development and operation optimization.
• Develop and deploy Manufacturing technologies where they bring value to the operations
Directly managing a strategic account: SEC, Aramco and MOH and build a strong relationship with key decisionmakers.
• Creating added value for the customer and the company by ensuring successful outcome for the service provided.
• Actively listening, identifying concerns and understanding the customer's business cycle customer base
• Build up knowledge on competitor’s products and services, outline the pro's and con's of YORK products versus the competitors’
• Ensuring achievement of booking & billing volume while meeting business targets.
• Working closely with consultants to prescribe the Johnson Controls solution during the design phase.
• Continuous follow up on sales projects e.g. opportunity tracking, forecast to meet financial goals and factory load plans
observing & participating in the daily tasks in order to learn the practical mechanical job
