Settlement/Salvage Senior Officer, Dubai
• Calculating/Preparing offer letters of
cancelled vehicles.
• Assist customer among total loss process to
transfer ownership of the vehicles under
Oman Ins custody.
• Coordinate with other Broker companies /
auctions organisations on cancelled vehicles
and agreements of sales and physical vehicle
status.
• Following up with the accounts department
on customer’s payments and make sure to
deliver within time limit.
• Setting a meeting with customers (if
needed) to discuss offers provided and way
of solving difficult issue.
• Getting needed formalities/papers from
customers in order to finalize the process.
• Analysing auction results and generate
needed reports and figures.
• Contacting other insurance companies for
salvage disposing negotiations.
• Collect sold vehicles amount from other
parties, debit amounts to the system
accordingly.
• Preparing end of month report and present
it to management.
• Collect sold vehicles amounts before
deadline.
