2006 Pre-opening and opening of the first Emporio Armani Caffé franchise in the Middle East and first F&B outlet of the Company and Armani/Dubai Caffé 2009, worked with Project Manager in the planning of the second outlet, Travel to Kuwait in 2012 to open the third outlet after that back to UAE to open the fourth outlet in the galleria Abu Dhabi, 2015 reopen the mall of the emirates branch.
Main duties: staff training and performance appraisal, maintaining standards of quality and image, searching and liaising with suppliers; implement and review restaurant procedures, Health and Safety, Micros, stock control, menu design; learning of local trends and liaising with Principals in order to increase profitability whilst maintain the outlet’s standard, increase revenue and profit, and customer relationship.
