• I also managed point of sale in store, header boards, introducing new price stickers, gondola ends, and new store boards. All 400 stores would receive new marketing material every month with key marketing messages giving customers the best shopping experience. E.g - Christmas for less campaign which focused on spending less for Christmas. This was put in all shop windows, header boards on every shelf as well as newly displayed price point tickets to divert attention and increase basket spend.
• Working with external printers and negotiating print costs from numerous print agencies. Comparing prices and going for the lowest prices.
• Maintaining monthly and annual marketing budget spend.
• Working with digital agencies and public relation team to drive product placement in national media. Organising print adverts in newspapers and magazine such as The Sun, Daily Express, Daily Mirror, Metro and others.
• Working with designers and briefing creative design on all online and offline work. I know how to use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and In Design and I have had to sometimes design POS, window posters, leaflets and online media artwork.
