4. Manage Lab test (Dynamometer) for engine testing ( routine and special request test)
5. Introduce quality awareness and Kaizen thru department
6. Manage sectional CAPEX & OPEX
7. Liaise with Procurement for vendor’s on-site audit
8. Lead Quality Improvement activity
9. Cover overall Quality assurance\Control for Engine Assembly process
