• Al Safwa Garden housing project in Jizan consists of 21 residential towers, every tower consists of 11 residential floors with 44 apartments, service floor and abasement, the project under umbrella of ministry of housing.
• Imam Abdul Rahman bin Faisal University (previously university of dammam).
• Faculty of Clinical Pharmacy.
• Student housing Phase 5.
• Gate No. (3).
• Reviewing testing results and ensure quality of work is achieved as per quality plan.
• Monitoring site safety and ensure health and safety regulations are enforced.
• Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports to client to provide comprehensive overview for project progress.
• Reviewing contractors submitted invoices and variation orders and feed back to client for review.
• Review structural design, simulation and drawings, propose if any modification required for feasible design.
• Provide technical support to client and contractor to any possible issues arise.
• Review activity method statement, quality control plan, inspection & test plan and material submittal as per international standards and project documents.
