Working as a Technical Consultant at Alsahl Telecom and Technology, a subsidiary of the Alsahl Group, I am guiding the company's Technical Solutions Roadmap and Technology selection to implement state-of-the-art Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) & MVNO solutions

-Part of all LPTIC telecom sector war rooms created on the force major to grantee the service continuities by finding alternative routes and support the logistic operations to all LPTIC companies
-Coordination of workshops with service providers to see the most appropriate and recent solutions & technologies

Operation:

-Managing Network operation and maintenance for the entire LTT network & service (Core network IP & Tx, Wireless network 4G & WIMAX, fixed networks ADSL &FTTH, VSAT networks, leased line services, Power, Environmental & civil activities …. etc.)
-Preparing annual operational and development budgets
-Recourse planning & workload assessments
-Follow up project works and support project managers with the necessary resources
Develop operational plans for urgent and periodic maintenance work
Leading Technical Proposals Preparation
-Leading RFP's Preparation
-Follow up with manufacturers and suppliers regarding technical offers
-Evaluating the network and studying its requirements
-Managing of service level agreements with vendors and service providers
-Evaluate the requirements for operation and maintenance of equipment, safety tools
-Evaluating spare parts, distributing them to regions, preparing purchase orders, and following up with suppliers
-Working on spare parts offers and discussing prices for purchasing spare parts
-Improve network quality and monitor network efficiency

- Working as installation & commissioning manger (rollout manger) in LTT (Libyan telecom and technology) under project management office for (NGBN) next generation backbone network project, the project is done by ALU ALCATEL-LUCENT to cover all Libya by NGN DWDM transmission & IP MPLS network., responsible for site accusation, site installation, commissioning, corporate and participate with the technical teams from ALU for the HLD (high level design from the transmission side, LLD (low level design ) for the traffic matrix of the distributed wavelengths (wavelength allocation)

- Auditing and optimizing current transmission networks and systems and new projects and find out solutions for challenges and sticking points.
- Attending related meeting to transmission part with Telco companies and committees and share meetings outcomes with related parties.

1- Working as a site Engineer in AREVA T&D under the SCADA/TELECOM Project NCC&TRCC for local and remote end to end for 220/66/30 Kv substations for establishing SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) system for various processes. It includes both Telecommunications and Data Acquisition Equipment to collect data and transmitting
•Commissioning and testing of remote terminal unit RTU-S900 and with all SCADA remote operation, adaptation work in various substations.
Installation, commissioning of AREVA S900RTU-SIC Panel.
Survey of substation for SCADA RTU engineering.

1- Working as a site Engineer in GECOL under the SCADA/TELECOM Project NCC (national control center) tracking and supervising AREVA Transmission & Distribution company.

GECOL is a Libyan company in Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution and communication Division is responsible for establishing SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) system for various processes. It includes both Telecommunications and Data Acquisition Equipment to collect data and transmitting.

I have experience in the following field under AREVA& ALCATEL units.

-FIBER OPTIC Commissioning and testing using EXFO OTDR (optical time domain reflectometer), (ODF to ODF)
- commissioning and configuration of SDH&PDH equipments for ALCATEL 1660 SDH & 1511 PDH & 1515 cross connect
