Provides the employee with instruction about the operation’s house rules, uniforms, policies, etc.
Processing the monthly payroll for LST branches in Iraq (Erbil, Dohuk, Sulimania, Basra)
Recruit local and expat staff for LST upon needed and process their contacts, induction training, visa if needed and to provide the medical staff with all logistics they need to carry out their jobs
Ensure a proper clearance for resigned or terminated employee and retain any company’s asset under their custody.
Carrying out daily administration tasks related to HR and LST operation to provide better customer service
Ensure all employees logistic needs are provided to carry out their job.
Conduct weekly audit on the medical department with procurement to process any expired or damage medical equipment and drugs
Carrying out weekly meeting on how to improve LST service through brain storming new idea, cut down operation cost, encourage synergy between LST employees and train them on using the latest methods and to provide our clients with high standard service.
Process all employees leave, sick leave and ensure a proper handover with their replacement.
Along with Operation and procurement, process all employees’ logistic needs such as uniform, safety shoes, new office equipment. Collecting quotes when needed for items that are required for the company;
Managing database of high level CVs and for possible managerial position in the company;
Prepare contracts, Disciplinary Actions, employment / salary certificates
Establish and manage personnel files
Regular monthly visits to staff accommodation
• Enter all required data of all expat and local staff members into Persis HR system and constantly update the system when required;
• Supervising HR team in their daily tasks by:
• Follow up with the employees daily attendance;
• Establish and manage personnel files;
• Any other tasks within the incumbent's capabilities as assigned by the HR Manager;
• Conducting new joiner induction training
• Posting vacancies, reviewing candidates applications and prepare a short list;
• Conducting interviews with candidates for all non-managerial posts;
• Follow up with Employees Medical coverage plan, medical cases and claims to be reimburse on their monthly salaries;
• Draft memoranda, routine correspondence, letters, and reports;
• Follow up with Prepare travel request forms and review travel expense claims upon submission by employees;

- Market research - updating transaction and supply database and providing input for quarterly market report;
