Coordinate directly with consultants, project owners, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues, review engineering proposals, and support maintenance and operational initiatives.
Oversee the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems, chilled water plants, firefighting systems, drainage networks, Zamzam facilities, retractable umbrella systems, movable dome structures, and associated mechanical infrastructure.

Operated refinery process units including Saturated Gas Plant (SGP), Naphtha Hydrotreating
(NHT), Isomerization (ISOM), Continuous Catalytic Reformer (CCR), Reformer, and Catalytic
Hydrodesulphurization (CHD), ensuring safe, reliable, and continuous refinery operations in
compliance with refinery operating procedures, Process Safety Management (PSM), and HSE
standards.
Coordinated equipment isolation, Permit-to-Work (PTW), maintenance preparation,
equipment handover, startup, shutdown, commissioning, and turnaround activities to
support safe and efficient maintenance execution.
Operated and monitored critical process equipment, including compressors, pumps,
furnaces, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, distillation columns, and other rotating and
static equipment to maintain plant reliability and operational integrity.
Performed field inspections, operational verification, equipment readiness assessments,
and process monitoring to ensure safe equipment handover and compliance with refinery
operating procedures and safety standards.
