- Managing all production lines which involves (PET bottles manufacturing, oil filling, and packaging)
- Ensuring that products are produced on time with the highest quality and adhering to all safety guidelines
- Making sure that the production is cost effective
- Study production plan in advance to ensure smooth production
- Train all employees and track their performance through “PQCDSM”
- Improve/maintain O.E.E
Managing the following points across the factory (Oil refineries, Plastics, Tin can, Filling and Warehouse)
• Day-to-day operations of Quality Maintenance Section to ensure that all processes are implemented properly and comply with the established policies and procedures
• Prevent quality defects by maintaining conditions within the standard value ranges
• Inspect and measure the conditions in time series
• Predict the possibility of quality defect occurrence by reviewing changes in measured values
• Take counter measurement in advance
• Solve quality chronic issues using DMAIC solving technique
• Improve processes by implementing six sigma techniques across the factory
• Standardize all process and provide a clear detailed SOP
• Report the machines performance to concerned people
• Report all DMAIC and cost saving projects to top management
• Lead quality maintenance meeting and discuss the progress of all on going issues
• Supervise the implementation of projects to ensure that the project cycle is completed, meeting agreed project parameters (cost budget, timelines, scope and quality), standards and objectives
• Managing and supervising the production by assuring that all processes are meeting the standards and provide continuous feed back to alarm production in case of any non-conformity
• Financial control of both operating and capital budgets for the Laboratory is planned & managed
• Inspection of all incoming raw materials (Oils & Non-Oils) are managed to ensure quality standards are maintained and recommends for compensations for non-conformities.
• Quality control in oil refining (All stages) & packaging
• Recommend and assists in cost saving projects.
