Job Responsibilities:
* Hold a good experience in every stage of the construction lifecycle starting at initial design, detailed
design and specification and implementation including site supervision, snagging and witnessing of
testing & commissioning.
* Lead a team of Engineers and supervisors in execution and timely completion of the projects starting
from initial stage till the final handing over of the Project.
* Reviewing the design drawings and the Shop Drawings, material submittals, technical queries, report,
variation orders, , RFI and other technical Documentation before submission to the Client
* Coordinate closely with the Planning team during the preparation of the Project Baseline Schedule,
Work Breakdown structure, weekly progress report, monthly look ahead plan, Cost Baseline plan and
other documents
* Work closely with the planning department and make sure the progress of works is as per the Project
program
* Regular follow up with procurment team and all sub contractors for the material delivery on time to
accelerate the work for timely completion the Project .
* Plan Manpower and materials in advance for smooth running the project as per the schedule .
* Coordinate closely with the consultant and client’s representative before and during the site installation
in accordance with respective specification and company’s quality system .
* Follow up with all Authorities (SEC, Civil Defense, STC, Du …etc) starting from preparation of the shop
drawings till the final handing over of the Project.
* Attend regular site progress meeting with Consultant/Client and main contractor in additional to
coordination with all Sub-Contractor at the site.
* Monitor the progress of construction activities on regular basis and hold regular status meeting
with all subcontractors and teams to ensure the progress is in line with the Project plan.
* Reviewing the commerical invoices of sub-contractor to certify their payment .
* Ensure QA-Qc, Health & Safety procedures are implemented in site for all MEP Works.
* Preparing of inspection and test plan, method of statement, Pre-commissioning/commissioning
check lists, testing procedures and certificates following the guidelines of Client representative,
specification requirements.
* Develop a good relation with client during the project stages and ensure a proper handing over the
project to the client and maintenance team.
