* Leading team members to help them in complex issues, changes, and communication during crisis to advise with better troubleshooting and resolution paths.
* Managing problems and escalation to ensure they are handled properly according to organization’s processes and guidelines.

* Developing team training plans, ensuring all team members are receiving the required business and interpersonal skills, technical training, coaching and mentoring.
* Design and develop new Security Solutions for Proxy & SIEM solutions.
* Design and develop new cloud security solutions based on vendor products.
* Provide operations teams with the appropriate documentation and training and lead them during the roll-out and deployment.
* Provide high-level support for presales engineers.

* New projects and services security assessment
- Review new projects and services against security baselines and ensure the minimum security requirements.
- Provide Security Professional guidance and consultancies for system admins and project managers regarding new projects design.
* Projects tracking and documentation
- Keep tracking with all the assessment documentation and provide reporting when needed.
- Provide management with weekly updates on all open, pending and closed projects under the ICT Security assessment.
* Lead a team within the IT Network Security function that manages the user rights for every application/system within the entire corporate including but not limited to:
- CRM Systems (50+).
- Physical Access Control system.
- Corporate Remote Access authentication system.
- Internet browsing & content cashing system.
- IT Network Security project manager.
- Design and manage new IT Network Security solutions / setups.
- Maintain IT Compliance of access control systems to a standard level.
* Co-Design, implement and manage different IT Security systems to ensure clean desktop and infrastructure environment from different malicious codes, viruses, and worms. Provide different IT security services and controls according to business needs.
* E-Mail Gateway Administrator.
