Plan and launch start-ups such as WAYAK*
•Monitoring IDH's investment portfolio in Egypt, Jordon, Nigeria, and Sudan.
•Seek investment opportunities in Europe, MENA, Sub-Saharan Africa, and South Asia
•Conduct economic, market, Industry and sector analysis

Prepare complex financial reports and models after analyzing the target company, its competitive environment and the economy in which it operates
•Advised clients on financial matters and corporate/capital structure post necessary due diligence
•Prepare detailed information memoranda/public subscription notices and relevant marketing materials outlining the key features of client companies in association with the client companies’ legal advisors and auditors
•Identifying potential buyers and strategic investors as per capital raising requirements
•Participated in various transaction-related marketing efforts (e.g. road-shows) and recruitment activities for the firm (e.g. appointing legal, technical and financial advisors)
•Business development and deal sourcing
•Conducted in-depth financial modelling and analysis of relevant transaction valuations via absolute and relative valuation methods
