Responsible for Mail Server.
Maintain all PCs Software and Hardware for all branches PCs (Mac, Windows, Etc...).
Responsible of purchasing requires IT related Items after Approval from Admin Manager.
Responsible Attendance Machines.
Responsible of all Data saved on our file server and apply the policy for accessing files based on management approval.
Daily maintain and review our CCTV devices to be sure it is working 24/7.
Responsible of all IT Resources Stock.
Responsible of the connectivity of ERP system.
Responsible of the connection between Head Office and company branches
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer and software issues reported.
Update network applications as required.
Troubleshoot and resolve all problems encountered with hardware and software. Escalate requests to the appropriate party, as needed.
Replace or repair defective parts and equipment.
Conduct technology training for new users.
Provide support to all Employees.
Conduct briefings and demonstrations for users to enhance system productivity.
Increase efficiencies, technical ability and interpersonal skills.
Perform routine server monitoring and performance benchmarking.
Monitor and remove virus, spyware, and other non-authorized software.
Complete special projects as requested.
Establishes network specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements; designing router administration, including interface configuration and routing protocols.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Establishes network by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, good put, and latency; planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment; defining network policies and procedures; establishing connections and firewalls.
Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendor.
Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation.
Prepares users by designing and conducting training programs; providing references and support.
Upgrades network by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements.
Meets financial requirements by submitting information for budgets; monitoring expenses.
Responsible of implementing any new PCs, Printers, CCTV, Attendance devices, Routers, Switches, Projectors, Servers, all type of OS and access point devices requires for our company working stability.
Responsible of improvement of company infrastructure to help users finalize their work smoothly.
Monitor and following up all software license all the time.
* Computer troubleshooting. (Hardware & Software).
* Diagnosis of desktop, application, networking and infrastructure issues.
* Experience of supporting a wide and varied client base.
* Troubleshooting PC’s, laptops and mobile devices.
* Providing first/2nd line support to users.
* Administering the IT department’s policies and procedures.

* Maintaining a log of all problems detected and system backups.
* Responsible for maintaining backups for projects’ work such as new builds.
* Working closely with software suppliers to resolve operational issues.
* Responsible for supporting: Windows 95 to Windows 10 / Office 2003 to 2013, Windows Server, Small Business Server 2003/2008, Active Directory management Exchange 2003/2007, , Backup products, Anti-Virus products, DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP, Ethernet, Wireless router and Firewall Configurations.
Security Systems technical engineer.
- Installation and configurations of Analog & IP cameras, along with DVR & NVR configurations.
- Professional designing for the IP cameras network, and full utilization of the whole system.
- Installation and configuration of Access control devices.
- Installation and configuration of GPS units and servers.
