• Establish the scope and direction of the Company's sales effort in the region, managing existing distributors, establish new distributors, managing various key account relationships directly, and for driving sales growth at an accelerated pace.
• Conduct product demonstrations and effectively present products to prospective customers, showcasing their unique features and advantages.
• Provide comprehensive training sessions to customers, equipping them with the necessary skills for the proper utilization of products and ensuring maximum satisfaction.
• Negotiate prices and credit terms for orders secured from customers, and proficiently draft sales contracts.
• Utilize knowledge of production and delivery to ensure seamless and timely order fulfillment.
• Partner with customers to streamline account operations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with the customer service team to address and resolve end users' concerns promptly, ensuring swift resolution and assistance.
• Actively participate in events as a representative of the company, establishing valuable connections with industry professionals and effectively promoting our offerings.
• Create extensive databases of potential customers by sourcing information from markets, advertisements, exhibitions and online platforms, generating promising sales leads.
• Supporting European and US companies in the EMEA markets with registrations, evaluations and business development.
• Cultivate and develop new partnership opportunities for company resulting in new distributorships, product lines and sales opportunities that contribute to company profitability.
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
• Meet company and client expectations.
• Manage operational marketing and customer relationship activities that grow existing accounts to their full potential and generate maximum revenue on a long- term basis.
• Prepare sales contracts; follow company rules and guidelines.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with distributors.
• Attend conventions, conferences, and trade shows as needed and analysis with focus on identifying new business opportunities, leads, and prospects.
• Manage distributors and clients’ accounts.
• Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
• Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.

• Display and demonstrate PTS products to prospective customers.
• Train customers in the proper use of PTS products.
• Quote prices and credit terms and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained.
• Estimate delivery dates for customer, based on knowledge of production and delivery schedules as provided by Customer Service.
• Prepare reports of business transactions and keep expense accounts.
• Work with customer service representatives to maintain account activities.
• Forward customer issues to Customer Service so that may be addressed.
• Attend trade shows.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales, focusing on identifying major communication channels and tailoring promotional messages for a variety of company products.
• Enhance sales performance in assigned markets, with a specific emphasis on top customers to maximize revenue.
• Plan and represent the company at national and international events and symposiums, fostering strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Actively participate in various activities and provide technical support to partners in Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, and Egypt.
• Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company objectives, contributing to the development of strategic and tactical plans to exceed sales goals.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies, focusing on shaping the company's position, key messages, value proposition, and brand image.
• Drive sales by identifying major communication channels, plant right promotional message for different types of company's products.
