• Installs and activates leased lines and provide connectivity to the bank’s private Packet Switch Network (PSN).
• Installs telex lines for the bank’s SWIFT Network running in Tandom Host.
• Assigned in Br2000 conversion Team that handled conversion of more then 250 branches kingdom wide to LAN based retail banking application.
• Familiar and experienced in using Windows and MS office also installing and configuring for hubs, modems and network device (routers) .
• Working as field engineer for supporting network and telephone system at various BTC customers in Western and central region.
• Installing PABX and key system for BTC customers.
• Assigned by BTC to work as resident engineer in NCB Hed office for supporting.
