• Participates with technical office team to prepare VOs & Claims.
• Specifying the activities done by each of staff member and reflecting this on the project time schedule.
• Submit a weekly report and approve daily report before submitting it to consultant.
• Attend the initial delivery with a committee meeting and taking a very quick response towards committee statements as per any modifications.
• Determine the needed quality records for filing and assigning responsibilities.
• Direct the construction execution in assigned zone to maintain adhering to planned time, cost and quality.

Select, evaluate the performance, schedule, and coordinate subcontractor activities to ensure all works executed according to specification and contract condition
• Report works progress and budget matters to the construction manager.
• Respond to work delays, emergencies, and other problems to maintain workflow.
• Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations to ensure the application of safety standards.
• Review subcontractor’s invoices and check their quantities and percentage of work progress.

. Follow up on the implementation of items with site engineers and subcontractors to ensure and confirm their implementation as required.
. Review the inventory quantities approved by (the consultant / technical office) and compare them with the implemented quantities to calculate the quantities of waste to submit them to his direct manager.
. Ensure that the production rates of the self-implemented items are proceeding according to what was agreed upon with his manager.
. Monitor the registration and operation of workers by supervisors on a weekly and random basis to approve the monthly extracts.
. Coordinate with the surveyor engineer to ensure that all items are implemented according to the coordinates and levels agreed upon according to the approved executive drawings.
. Coordinate all work related to other departments (mechanics - electricity - .....) before starting or completing work to ensure that work is proceeding properly.
. Coordinate with security and safety supervisors to ensure that all work is proceeding according to occupational security and safety standards.

. Ensure that there are executive drawings and materials approved by the site consultant before starting implementation.

Review executive drawings and discuss implementation details with his direct manager (execution manager) to agree on them or submit proposals/amendments to discuss with the technical office.

Prepare proposals for the execution manager to assist the quality manager in developing a method for implementing each item (Method statement) according to the project specifications.

Review the required schedule with his manager and agree with him on a schedule for managing the implementation crew.

Follow up on the implementation of the agreed schedule with the site engineers and subcontractors.

Review the resources (human resources - raw materials - equipment) required with his manager and agree on a plan to provide them until the item is completed.

Agree with the engineers responsible for implementing each item on the method of implementation and the time required to complete the tasks/items

Job responsibilities
• Prepare project management plan and project forms as per EGEC procedures.
• Oversaw all drawing package submittals and reviewing the packages to ensure the coordination process and all clients requirements were covered.

Responsible for leveling the road of phases.
 Responsible for the delivery of each villa to the owner.
 Responsible for overlooking the design and finishing of villas (interior and villa interfaces).
 Responsible for day to day site work.
 Follow up with site engineers of Contractor and/or subcontractor to ensure that work is being carried out as per design drawings, specifications & meeting planned dates in schedule.
 Daily reporting about progress, non compliance, delay in work to the Project Manager.
 Conducting regular job site inspections.
 Ensure construction QA/QC processes are being implemented by the contractor & sub contractors.

Job Responsibilities
• Participate in reviewing the working drawings and obtain a final copy of the drawings and details to review the works on site.
• Participate and ensure the availability of the resources (human resources - raw materials - equipment) agreed upon on a daily basis and inform his manager if they are not available.
• Follow up on the implementation of items with supervisors and subcontractors to ensure and confirm their implementation as required.
• Participate in recording production rates for self-executed items.
