• OPERATIONAL
• Responsible for Accounting department.
• Prepare Financial Statements on monthly basis.
• Prepare & submit finance package reports to partners on monthly basis.
• Prepare annual Budget & its revision every quarter.
• Responsible for closing entries & adjustment for the financial Statements & closing periods all in ERP ORACLE.
• Responsible for Financial Accounting development, implementation and maintenance of Financial Accounting policies and procedures.
• Contact with Banks & go throw deals for loans & facilities agreements.
• Manage opening LC's & following up LC's reconciliation (GL Books & Banks).
• Ensure continuous compliance with the policies, procedures, prevailing practices and applicable regulations and standards pertaining to Financial Accounting.
• Keep current with latest laws and regulatory requirements related to Financial Accounting.
• STRATEGIC
• Support the HQ corporate - Financial Accounting in contributing to the achievement by taking initiatives in improving Financial Accounting processes.
• Contribute toward the formulation of strategy, annual business plan, policies and procedures of Finance Department to support organizational business strategy.
• Responsible for meeting set targets and objectives of Financial Accounting functions.
• Guides other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy; applying observations and recommendations to operational issues.

• Responsible for finance department performance.
• Manage all financial issues & report it to HQ in Kuwait.
• Reviews all accounting documents to ensure accuracy of information and calculations before recording entries in ERP SAP.
• Keep monitoring & follow customers’ accounts.
• Follow & solve all customers’ complains.
• Co-ordinate with HQ in Kuwait to maintain branch budget.
• Monitor & maintain all department performance expenses.
• Follow all petty cash expenses & direct it for operations departments
• Responsible for closing entries & adjustment for closing periods.
• Follow other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy.

• Prepare Financial Statements Monthly.
• Responsible for closing entries & adjustment for the financial Statements.
• Verify all entries passed into the system
• Ensure monthly bank reconciliation.
• Prepare regular reports including monthly management reports
• Go throw deals with banks (Loans, CD)
• Opening Lc's & following up Lc's reconciliation (GL Books & Banks).
• Financial control for projects
• Ensure projects cost & revenue.
• Follow up agreement & facilities with Saudi Investments & Development Fund (SIDF).
• Ensure timely completion of reporting
• Handover budget template to all department heads
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, flash reports.
• Ensure expenses are defined within the allocated budgets
• Ensure timely processing of accounts payable
• Prepare Zakat & Income Tax declaration
• Prepare Withholding Tax declaration

• Adjusting cost for spare parts (Local - Foreign).
• Following up inventory additions.
• Solving inventory complains.
• Participating in physical count inventory.
• Prepare Fixed Assets accounts.
• Adjusting petty cash accounts.
• Following up Suppliers Accounts.
• Responsible for Cash Management.
• Handling A/P accounts (Receiving invoices, transaction entry & issuing checks)

• Adjusting cost for spare parts.
• Adjusting cost for trading cars.
• Adjusting price for sales to internal companies.
• Following up inventory additions.
• Solving inventory complains.
• Participating in physical count inventory.

• Dealing with suppliers’ accounts.
• Preparing suppliers reconciliation.
• Solving suppliers complains.
• Participating in physical inventory.
• Handling A/P accounts (Receiving invoices, transaction entry & issuing checks).
• Handling with Bank Accounts.
