Preparation of Extension of Time Program and detailed particulars in event of delays to project.
• Ensure that the contract's terms and conditions are being followed as well as applicable codes and specs.
• Administer Contracts obligations considering cross functional from other departments \[Finance, Procurement, Engineering and Construction\].
• Generation of Cost Loaded Program and subsequent Earned Value Management.
• Resource loading inclusive of labor & non labor as per project scope using standard company norms.
• Critical Path Analysis and subsequent prioritization of work.
• Review, analyze, and comment on subcontractor program to adhere to the Main Contractor program
• Conduct forensic approach to delay analysis using accepted techniques, impacted plan, time impact, window analysis and collapsed as built analysis.
• Providing the Operations Team look ahead schedules and progress updates regularly to meet the schedule and agreed milestones.
• Assisting in conducting regular site progress meetings to discuss various critical issues or areas of concern.
• Assisting Project Managers in coordination of various internal and subcontractor meetings as a part of effective project management
• Review, comment and approve subcontractor Program on the basis it meets the projects scope and time frame.
• Co-relating and coordinating inter-departmental level to have a standard data format for reporting.
• Close monitoring and follow-up with commercial side of project with cash flow reports analyzing the net cash inflow and out flow at regular intervals.
• Generating KPI’s, S - Curves & Tables weekly and monthly through project Management tools.
• Assist the Project Manager in analyzing delays and preparation of recovery schedules to meet the Program.
Coordinate between Developers, Consultants, Senior Management and Operations Team for various issues regarding work progress and for issues impacting activities on the critical path.
• Develops and implements project management procedures to ensure compliance with the other department’s procedures and Company regulations.
• Lead Contractual Obligations with stakeholders. Also, Variation Orders, Claims, and Disputes Resolution.
• Set the preliminary budget for project phases with all the necessary breakdown along with work packages and cash flows.
• Analyze technical proposals from Developers and main contractors to recommendations for selected developers or contractors.
• Controlling Projects Progress Status and reporting key metrics related to project progress on monthly basis.
• Track and control project schedules \[ Contractors / Developers\] by conducting regular project report reviews, monitoring and controlling project costs, determination areas of delay, risks, and issues.
• Review of budgets, actuals, variations, and EAC (Expected Cost of Completion) as required, for a project on a monthly and annual basis via the prepared business plan and project forecast.
• Analyzing and reporting Earned values against Cost claimed Certified and Paid to depict profitability of the project.
Typical activities include working with project managers, cost and planning engineers to develop work breakdown structures and robust performance baselines, establishing progress and cost monitoring methods, producing project control reports performance analysis, and areas of concern to recommend alternatives and actions for Decision-makers.
