To manage all our offices of technical customer care in the greater Cairo, in addition to:
Assessing new applicants, assessing employees applying in promotion, checking potential and new locations, and checking potential CPEs and new technologies.
Working in the Retail & Customer site technical support unit, the job is about manging the unit's seniors and agnets and planning and organizing the work flow and generating reports of the performance for out side visits and inside customer service offices performed tasks as well
My work in the Direct Service & Support department as a senior is about supervising the department agents and evaluating them and reporting to the department manager, managing the technical support branches that exists in the company customers service offices, distributing the customer side visits to agents and helping them in the problems they faces at the customer side, and handling the urgent technical cases in the company’s branches.
Also help in improving the system and the work flow of the daily tasks of the department and supporting decision making in the direct service & support department.
My work in the field support department as a customer care specialist was about configuring ADSL equipments inside and at customer sides, installing connections, troubleshooting customer’s problems, handling customers directly or through phone, and helping in creating new department plans and system to follow.
Administrating all the required tasks including: maintaining computers hardware and software, network, internet connection, building the company website, creating databases for the company agriculture job tasks, and helping the accounting department in there daily tasks.
My Work is about supporting, maintaining and troubleshooting Network and Internet connection and assisting clients to do what they want to do through the Internet.
