• Responsible on Key Account customers such Banking, Government, Manufacturing & Telecom Sector activation.
• Design the customer enterprise network solution (Internet & VPN) as per the customer needs.
• Design alternative solutions to maintain customer service level Agreement SLA.
• Provision new customer circuits as per the pre-defined policies, SLA and procedures to deliver customer requirements.
• Configure and troubleshoot MPLS VPN L2 & L3 on PE (Cisco & Juniper) platforms.
• Configure PE-CE routing protocols (OSPF, RIP, EIGRP & BGP).
• Configure LDP sessions, MP-BGP, VRF instance & Traffic Engineering in IP/MPLS cloud.
• Configure Cisco routers at the customer site (3640, 2811, 1941 & 888) platforms.
• Configure SHDSL local loop terminations on DSLAM Devices (Huawei IP & ATM DSLAM, Alcatel ISAM, ZTE & MSAN).
• Configure Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) such (Routers, modems, firewalls, Switches, voice gateways & wireless equipment).
• Implement different network redundancy techniques like HSRP, VRRP & GLBP; in addition to load balancing using Ether Channels and Multilink interfaces.
• Apply QOS for enterprise customer to achieve high level of performance.
• Coordinate and follow up with concerned departments such as Core, Capacity planning, Pre-Sales, technicians, supply chain and project managers to ensure that customer's technical solution will be successfully delivered.
• Cultivating strategic customer relationships and ensuring that the customer perspective is the driving force behind all value-added business activities.
Provide a premium support and maintenance of our Key Account (KA) and large enterprise (LE)
customers.
Provide a second line support for VIP customers trouble tickets till solving the problems to ensure that
the service is running in the customer satisfactory level.
Respond to all technical needs and requests of the LE customers to insure proper & professional
handling for LE customers.
Handle LE customers’ critical and highly escalated problems and complains with full privilege on all
network devices on spot to ensure timely and proper solving of problems.
Follow up with vendors TAC and support teams to manage complex faults that affect technology &
services boundaries.
Perform service acceptance for the new installed connections for LE customers to grantee delivering
our customer the requested service within the high quality and performance standards.
Perform a periodically test LE customer connections and apply corrective actions to ensure high
quality and best service performance and SLA and KPIs fulfillment.
Responsible for the Operation & Maintenance of customer connections "copper, fiber, 3G & MW links".
Perform configuration related to that technologies "MPLS, VPLS, L2VPN switching technologies,
L3VPN, Data over 3G and Microwave links, GRE Tunnels, VLAN Ethernet technologies, BGP, EIGRP, RIP,
OSPF, QOS techniques, Load Balancing".
Provide onsite training for inexperienced customers with full documentation about their networks and
variant troubleshooting procedures to help the fast and proper problem solving.
Dealing with Huawei Routers (NE40’s), Cisco routers (2800, 800, 1800 & 1900) and Catalyst switches,
ATM switches (MGX & BPX), Huawei ATM & IP DSLAM, Modems and Juniper routers (M10i, M120).
• Receive enterprise customer complaints via phone or mail.
• Perform professional level troubleshooting of customer problems aiming at solving the problems, or
properly indicating the source of the problem and forwarding it to the right entity through the right
channels to ensure that the service is running in the customer satisfactory level.
• Troubleshooting all supported services (VPN MPLS, Layer 2 VPN, International VPN and internet connections) through Etisalat's network.
• Handling customer configuration requests on their routers.
• Troubleshooting customer’s physical and logical problems and helping customers in designing and configuring their networks.
• Configuring CPE devices and also troubleshoot configuration problems related to customers from both customer and service provider sides.
• Troubleshooting advanced customer PE to CE routing problems.
• Working on shift basis 24/7.
• Dealing with Huawie Routers, Cisco routers (7200, 3600, 1700, 1600) and Cisco Catalyst switches, ATM switches (MGX & BPX), ATM & Huawie IP DSLAM and Modems and Juniper routers (M10i, M120).

• Many types of DSLAMS like Paradyne, ZTE and D-link.
• Cisco WAN switches (MGX 8850 and BPX 8600) and Cisco routers (7500, 7200, 3640, and 2600).
• Tracing and creating Cross connections on DSLAMs and BPXs.
• Follow up with Technicians on site while fixing hardware and physical issues.
• Design and implement a network infrastructure plus a data center to support LAN (over 1000 nodes) and WAN (over a 20 branches).
• Solid experience in Cisco routers (2821), catalysts (3750-3560), Firewall (ASA 5520) And Cisco VPN.
• Network Cables installation & maintenance (optic fiber, UTP).
• Perform IT checklist to ensure min. interruptions and failures and max. Business Efficiency.
• Monitor Network Performance by using Some Management tools (Solar Winds).
• Support and administer Microsoft servers (ISA, Active directory and Exchange).
