• Overseeing overall project implementation, collect and synthesize information, objectives, practices, and procedures related to a large-scale youth political participation program.

• Develop new and innovative strategies to strengthen the program's implementation.
• Planning and designing project implementation approach, monitoring progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action.

Responsibilities:
• Ensured that relevant systems, tools and procedures in place for effective assessment, program implementation, and documentation, tracking & reporting of activities.
• For cash and voucher programming, ensure a regular system of continuous market monitoring & analysis.
• Developed eligibility criteria and appropriate tailored assistance through cash & vouchers and / or in-kind service & commodity support.

Planning & Team Management

• Answer beneficiary’s questions/inquiries thoroughly by clarifying and providing relevant information and take time with each caller as needed.

• Follow up on beneficiaries’ cases with the supervisor to ensure that actions effectively taken.
• Maintain and update the hotline database using hotline-coding systems in recording the calls for the reports shared with the management.
• Manage the replacement Issues of lost or stolen e-cards and PIN codes by guiding the beneficiary with the partner contact details to apply for replacement.
• Assist Field monitors and partners in solving the beneficiaries’ issues and inquiries on site during the distribution cycle.
