4-تطوير اجهزة الصيانة +المحافظة على جودتها .

ادارة العقارات
- تنظيم العقود التاجيرية + تسليم المستاجرين والعملاء الجدد
-متابعة موردين الخدمات وعملهم ( توريد مياه -صرف -مقاولين-عمال النظافة )
-متابعة فواتير الخدمات ( كهرباء -مياه - اتصالات )
-متابعة مع فريق الصيانة والاعمال الخاصة بالصيانة

’Im responsible to provide customer services for the P&G plant on the behalf of CHEP company.

And sort the invoices then updating my I inform the customer with weekly, monthly reports. I also follow up with the invoice till P&G conform it every month, then I share it with the financial department in our company to finish the process.
-I train and set up my customer staff to use the CHEP system (SAP) and create an SOP for each department.
plan and update new orders to help the logistic planning, follow up with trucks and logistics and conforming offload and loading on P&G manufacturer. I keep the health of Maintaining a good relation and contact with the logistics center in our company to prove us
24/7 service daily with customers.
- I do an Audit for the account to keep the number of products on the plant match with the systems in the customer SAP. internal audits every week
and also, monthly so the customer feels more confident
-provide profs of delivery and keep up with
shipping and receiving from each department in the costumer plant
- I do a weekly and as well daily analysis before receiving the invoices and submits it to the customer. Also, I create a Monthly invoice and I analyze all movements before that pulling all info from the SAP and the invoice File that gets delivered to me by my company financial department. I do an analysis that has its own report for the customer transactions and history of payments to provide trust and value of work to the customer
- I have achieved many deal commercials for CHEP company and have always been promoting it. I have gotten many suppliers to enjoy our company CHEP

-I require myself to push and finish or escalate any problems or issues that my customer need support
I do a trip every week to cheek and inspect our stolen assets and lost assets. I pin the locations then I document it on my report so I can make a contact with the police to collect our products and bring them back to the company store. Then we push the charges against the person who was in charge of our lost
assets
I was receiving pallets than process it to go inside the warehouse.
also as a quality officer, I had to check-in or rejecting if any bad products from suppliers arrive.
