-Establish EHS Policies

-Ensure good health and safety culture is being promoted and implemented.
-Review contractor’s risk assessment, method statement and work permit when any construction activity takes place such as parking/ roads and traffic constructions, excavations works, confined space, hot works, work at heights, etc
--Ensure site machinery (ex: cranes, forklifts, cherry pickers, electrical drills.etc are being checked frequency and in good conditions.
-Monitor contractors emergency preparedness and response procedure, ex: evacuation drills, spillage incident.
-Monitor contractors waste management system.
-Ensure the provision of welfare facilities at workplace ex: toilets, washing facilities, dining areas, rooms, First Aid facilities .etc.
-Ensure the provision of good environmental conditions at workplace ex: good ventilations, lightings, noise controls, transportations..etc
-Ensure the maintenance activities are being implementing under full controls, including safe using of equipment such as scaffolds, ladders.etc good housekeeping, good storage practices, safe wirings and connections, eliminate the sources of fire ignitions, using of RCD, fuses, earthing, residual voltage system.etc
-Arrange safety meetings and tasks risk assessment sessions.
-Carried out an EHS investigate of lost work day cases, lost time injuries, serious near misses, dangerous occurrences, fatalities ..etc and identifying the direct root causes/ underlying causes with appropriate corrective and preventive actions/follow up/close out to prevent the recurrences.
-Ensure the fire safety system is being implemented and controlled.
-Ensure the electrical safety system has taken place.
-Implementing and Managing the food safety management system -

-Compliance with Abu Dhabi EHSMS code of practice.
-To provide an innovative, effective and efficient Road Safety Training.
-Workplace inspections, audits and observations to advise on aspects of safe use of roads and vehicles.
-Follows up to ensure that corrective actions are implemented where necessary and ensures that any certification requirements are complied.
-Assist with the implementation of Job Safety Analysis and inspect job site activities
during particularly difficult or hazardous work situations;
-Assist local management in the preparation and presentation of field EHS meetings
-Coordinate and participate in the investigation of accidents and near misses.
-Review and analyze accidents and near miss incidents and making corrective action
recommendations.
-Ensure regular emergency response exercises and drills are conducted to ensure the
highest level of preparedness in any emergency.
- Providing recommendations for emergency response improvements;
- Supervises the regular inspection of firefighting equipment such as fire extinguishers, fire hydrants and fire hose reels.
- Supervises the regular inspection of the smoke detectors, heat detectors and emergency lights.
- Inspect gas system and chemical storage areas.
- Ensure that on-site doctors and First Aid facilities are being provided.
- Ensure the provision of isolation rooms for communicable disease such as chicken Box
- Ensure that operations employees, contractors and site visitors receive EHS inductions
for theatre operations;
- Ensure that HACCP system is in place.
- Responsible for preparing written weekly and monthly EHS reports, statistics and
Presentations related to EHS performance
- Conduct health & safety risk assessment.

Develop and maintain company specifications of EHSQ System.

Implement and maintain the food safety requirements.
 Conduct periodic HSE training, tool box talk &emergency fire evacuation.
 Implement waste & pest management.
 To make sure maintenance, housekeeping, accommodation and kitchen staff are working with PPE and safety requirement to prevent hazards and reduce the risk to minimize level
 Reporting to EHSQ Manager.

To ensure that, food was delivered, stored, prepared, processed, and served or distributed under high strike hygiene and Quality, free from contaminants at levels that could cause harm or illness, safe to eat, based on Food Safety Management.(ISO: 9001/ ISO:& HACCP Standards as follows:
 Conduct HSE Risk Assessment.
 Conduct food safety audits
 Eliminate and prevent the food hazards via strike safety rules, &GHP
 Overall monitoring& observation hygiene activities, cleaning and sanitation procedures.
 Maintain and implement Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) and safety practices
 Arrangement for immediately corrective actions when the critical limit has been breached.
 Maintain the EHSQ &HACCP documents and records
 Reporting to EHSQ Supervisor.
