I became an administrative manager of Quality medical center from Jan 2010 till now.
In 2010, I was able to reduce expense by 16% and increase income by 1.05% in comparison with 2009, at that moment the loss of year 2009 is 27.65% and reduced to17.17% at end of 2010 .
In 2011, I reduced expense by 18% and make a profit of 1.03%.
Until Aug 2012 I was achieve a profit of 12% compared to the full profit for 2011.
In year 2013 profits of the center reached 13.9% while the profits of 2014 reach 25.47%.
In 2015 the Quality center start to investment in residential and agricultural sectors.
The main activities of company is presenting of medical care services which include lab investigations, clinics interview, and short-stage room.
My direct manager is the CEO of the company.
Responsibilities according to my location are:
1- Represent the Quality medical center in all conferences and invitations in Port-Sudan city.
2- Making the general policies of lab and center according to standard operation procedures (SOP's) .
3- Oversee staff attendance.
4-Follow-up personnel files and be sure the conformity of contracts for the employment laws.
5- Increase revenue and reduce expenditure as far as possible.
6- Diversity and increase investments of Quality center.
Establishment of microbiology section and being in-charge from Jan 2010 till now as medical lab supervisor beside my job as an administrative manager of quality center
My duties include:
1- Provide the supply of microbiology section such as media, biochemical tests, antibiotics for sensitivity tests, plates, and glass equipment .
2- Make sure that all devices in section work properly and efficiently .
3- Review and follow-up the results of culture & sensitivity according to sops of lab
I was assigned to establish Quality hospital and became an administrative manager of hospital from March 2011 until May 2014.
My responsibilities include:
1/Helping all departments work together as team.
2/Solve all the problems that hinder the workflow.
3/Creating general policies of hospital.
4/Making good relations with the nearby hospitals.
5/Ensuring the implementation of the quality control programs in all departments of hospital.
6/Designation of all hospital staff.
7/Represent the hospital in all conference and seminars either external or internal.
I was selected to establish a medical center consists of a modern laboratory and seven advisory clinics in Port Sudan as a branch of Saudi Sudanese Service Lab@.
And appointed to be technical supervisor of laboratory team by general manager.
I work as employee with full job in Fedial medical lab which consider as reference lab in Khartoum.
In this lab I work in all sections of lab except histopathology department.
I have well experience in microbiology (my main specialization), clinical chemistry, hematology, and parasitology.
And in all these departments, I am dealing with best automated machines in Sudan at that time.
I work as MLT in emergency section, routine section, and blood bank during this period I complete my national service.
