Responsible and accountable for managing all the activities associated with human resources and personnel for the entire company (500 employees)
• Directing and overseeing the HR and personnel administration department (13 employees) and activities.
• Managing the development of the HR and personnel guidelines and policies.
• Leading personnel management activates and operations (payroll, recruitment, career development.
• Representing the company at Government Agencies (GOSI, Labor Office, Labor Committee, and Zakat) for resolving pending issues and/or new requirements.
• Building and maintaining government relations especially with the Ministry of Labor to assure compliance with Saudization and labor law while assuring limited disruption to business operations from policy changes.
• Managing the negotiation and contracting of all insurance policies of the company including medical insurance, car insurance and property insurance.
• Providing guidance and leadership to all HR and personnel employees to ensure effective and efficient flow of work.
• Developing and managing HR and personnel department budget and business needs.
• Setting up department objectives and ensuring effective department performance through the selection, development, deployment, and motivation of competent HR and personnel staff.
Responsible for acquiring and managing end-to-end relationship with new and existing B2G and B2B customers.
● Identifying potential clients and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and product needs.
● Developing relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
● Developing contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients.
● Negotiating contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
● Collaborating with design, planning, and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed.
● Being the single point of contact with the client throughout the project lifecycle.
Key clients:
ARAMCO, Ministry of Education, Royal Commission of Jubail and Yanbu, Ministry of Interior, National Guard Health Affairs, General Organisation for Military Industries, AL-Khafji Joint Operations, King Abdullah Project for General Education Development (Tatweer).
• Coordinate the implementation of marketing communication campaigns in areas including public relations, special events management, advertising, and creating brand awareness.
• Organize the preparation of corporate proposals and presentations using marketing resource materials such as brochures, data, slides, photographs, and reports.
• Prepare periodical status reports on marketing campaigns.
• Manage relationship with newspapers, media agencies, and advertising agencies to deliver campaigns effectively.
• Managed setting the annual stores sales target in coordination with the business owning holding company.
• Responsible for developing and managing stores budget.
• Managing sales and merchandising team of 3 high end clothing stores consisting of eleven direct employees. This included recruiting, training, and operation management of the team.
• In charge of merchandise stock management including ordering and receiving new items.
• Conduced three months training in sales of advertisements on outdoor digital screens.
• Supported sales associates in proposal development and presentation.
• Assessed in client management and relationship building.
