Assigned as a project engineer. my main role is to get the project done on time with no cost added or time delay with good quality of work. that is achieved by controlling the contractor's manpower, equipment & resources following the project milestones & schedule with the assistance of PMC.
my responsibilities also included coordination between the contractors & the different concerned departments or other companies through meetings, letters, emails, & other communication methods.
SAP system is used to process contractors & PMC invoices.
I was also assigned as an engineer for royal commission/customers/investors related projects in the area of the Royal Commission holding the responsibility of coordination between RC MARAFIQ departments & the different investors.
I was assigned as the Safety champion/Representative of the department responsible for the KPI(key performance indicators)
-Attended a 9-weeks Occupational health & safety management system course.
-IOSH Certified (Institute of safety & health)
- in charge of the QC & R&D
-procurement of QC & R&D equipments
-monitoring the quality of the glass and analysing its specifications.
- testing the raw material
- controling the quality of the product

Good
