Main tasks
* In collaboration with the general management, discuss and develop HR strategies in
alignment with the company's global strategy
* Based on these information, decline the strategy into general and specific objectives and
insure their application through policies and procedures
* Insure the follow up of HR strategies from other companies in the same area of activities and
be updated on innovations
* Put in place and use workforce prevision planning tools and insure their usage

Main tasks
* In relation with the management, define Human Resources Strategy and global Policies and
insure their application
* Play an advisory and support role for the operations
* Initiate HR projects, monitor and assess the results
* Create partnership with training institutions
* Foster internal communication
* Supervise the administrative management of the employees (leaves, work contracts, pay, sick
leave, training etc…)
* Conduct recruitment processes
* Communicate with social partners (unions, internal committees, etc. …)
* Insure there are healthy and safe working conditions for employees

Main tasks
- Provide the day to day contact with the outsourced facilities provider to ensure that facilities and
services meet contracted standards and are within budgeted costs
- Raise unresolved facilities management issues with the Office Administrator for resolution
- Organize and minute regular safety meetings for the office staff
- Provides assistance to international visitors in visa matters, airport reception if required and during their
stay
- Type and finalize presentation of technical reports and other correspondence
